Michael Fagin is Operational Meteorologist for West Coast Weather (westcoastweather.com) and provides weather forecasts for the Washington Cascades and many popular mountain regions. He will share his special secret spring hikes that are snow free and tell you which are usually sunny. Many are from his book: “Best Rain Shadow Hikes: Western Washington” and from his Hike of the Week, http://hikewashington.net/. Michael is a long time member of the Washington Ski Touring Club and will also discuss the spring weather outlook for the Northwest and give you a few of his late season ski trips for beginners.
